Can I install Mac OSX on my old imac?
I have a 2000 imac that is now the children's toy. I got a new macbook a few days ago. The microsoft office I purchased came with three licenses and I would like to hae it on the imac, but it requires OSX. Can I load the software that came with my macbook on my imac or is that violating some license agreement?

You need to purchase a retail version of OS X to install on your iMac.

You might want to check the specs of this machine is you're thinking of installing Tiger - you may be better of getting a version of Panther from eBay than getting Tiger.
