    Shortcut to Folder On Dock
I was wondering if someone could tell me how to make a shortcut to a folder and place it on the dock. I tried dragging it into the dock, but it wouldnt let me place it there. Also I was wondering, how can you change icons?

Try dragging the folder to the right of the Dock, just to the left of the Trash.

The section to the left of the little divider is for Apps. That's AFAIK. Did you notice if you hover your mouse cursor in the divider area, the cursor turns into an icon which allows you to resize the Dock?

Yep, I knew about that trick, quite handy as I hate a huge dock. Thanks for the help =)
