OS 10.4 - Where is this key on my keyboard?

It is used in alot of keyboard shortcuts, and I can't find it on my keyboard. Please help.

no the command/apple key is like that four loop-de-loop thing, with an apple to the left of it on the same key

Yes, that's the Option key.

It's between the Command (or Apple or  or ⌘) and the Control keys.
