Hi everyone, I'm going to be working from home doing customer service and I've had to install a Citrix Client which worked ok. I had to also install a Root Authority Certificate. I've put it in my keychain under X509anchors. I've tried using Firefox and put in the certificates there. When I try and log in to the site it asks me if I want to trust the certificate, I say yes. It then comes back with "you have decided NOT to trust etc etc".
Does anyone know how to get around this or fix? thanks in advance, Laura |
