missing?

ok this is an easy one but i cant seem to do it :p

ok so i have remove the desktop and cd icons from the left of the finder window. view options i look at to try and retrieve them seem to be generic window view options. How can I add these folders back to the finder window?

anyhelp appreciated

Drag items to the lower part of the Sidebar. Does that work?
