OS 10.4 - Secure Delete with Filevault

I stopped a secure delete prematurely for some files while using FileVault, which I now know is terrible to do and I lost that user account basically and then I deleted it. Now I want to recover all that space that the deleted user was using, does anyone know how to do that?
