hi all i went to download an application and it cant open it. i went to click open with, and i dont know what to open with, i only want to install the download please help

well at the moment i have no default (what should this be?) and the extensions are exe and sitx

Download Stuffit 11 and use it to expand the .sitx file. Trash the .exe file.

exe files are windows files and will not work with your mac. For your sitx file you will need to get stuffit.

but what should my open with default be so next time i download something it will open without having an error. cheera

Once you install stuffit it will automatically be the default in the future, so there's nothing to worry about.

download stuffit expander 8 ,9 or 10 version or higher to expand the file you have.
It is free form Stuffit Corporation.
