OS 10.4 - Time change update to OSX 10?

Since the daylight savings time change is now 3 weeeks earlier and one week later beginning this year has anyone heard if Apple has a patch coming to adjust the time in the OS?

Mac Specs: 21in iMac core2 Duo- 13in macbook - 10.9 on both

Check Software Update, there are 2 or 3 updates out today. I think one of them addresses this problem.
