iBook - Ibook help - Defragmenting?

How do I defragment my ibook? I don't know how so any advice would be greatly appriciated.

If you have an "iBook" running OS X, it is not necessary to defragment the HDD. The OS X has the ability to do it by itself unless you are working with files taking few GBs of disk space. If you are not convinced enough try this.

There is no need to defragment your HD in OS X, nor will you experience any great benefit if you purchase a third-party app to do it for you.
