if you exposose a lot or just want to show it off to your friends/potential switches

then press

****-F9

the same with shift f10, shift 10, shift f11 or shift f12 or dashboard

it works with pretty much any animation in os x....like when u close a widget, press the "plus" sign on dashboard, when u add a widget, and almost any other animated operation. and to make windows minimize SUPER slow, hold alt ctrl shift. it will minimize all windows of that application in slow mo at once.
