When I was a Win XP user, I would occasionally use the Windows Notepad app to strip out unwanted formatting and other hidden coding in a file. By using Copy/Paste in and out of Notepad, one gets a plain ASCII text copy. This is particularly useful when dealing with something copied off the web that just won't display correctly in your email client or word processor.
Is there a simple and quick way to do the same thing in OS X 10.4? Thanks! Last edited by VegasGeorge; 01-01-2007 at 11:19 AM. |
