I Damaged my cd, and i'm in need of a new one.

Is it possible to download a new cd somewhere or is that illegal? I Own my own iMac legally and everything, but just cant get my cd to work.. What do i do?

the cheapest way would be to search ebay.. if that does not work you can buy them from apple but they are not cheap. 1800-my-apple
