Not that I am aware of. Why do you want to prevent downloads? Is it just for disk space concerns?
The best bet is probably to create a guest account with very restrictive privileges then clear it out every so often. Leopard will help in this regard as it will let you set a guest account that is automatically cleared at logout. |
