OS 10.4 - Help! Keyboard lights switched?

ok, so I installed my shieldzone covers on my Macbook, and then when I turned it on, the num lock and capslock lights are on. thought nothing of it, turned it off, and when I tried to type, the num lock and caps were activated? In other words, when the lights are on for them, they are unactivated, but the lights are off, they ARE activated! I'm pretty sure that I didn't get water in the keyboard. Everything else seems to work ok. ??

Restart? If that doesnt work then idk.
