OS 10.4 - booting without user logging in

How can I boot up without having to log in; in other words I just want to boot straight up. I am the only user.

If you only have one account, I believe the default is to log automatically into that account. I am not sure where, but under the system preferences -> accounts, you should be able to control the log in process.

Go to System Preferences -> Accounts -> Login Options (at the bottom of the accounts list. You may need to authenticate to access it) and tick the 'Automatically log in as ...' box. Select your name from the drop down and you're done.
