Hey, for some reason Fred is speaking fuzzy bunny slippers near everything, and I can't get him to stop; I tried going to services and stop speaking in each app individually, and that doesn't work. Also, for some reason there's this weird outline around a lot of things. Windows, sometimes pics, sometimes text, sometimes just my hard drive. I pressed something wrong, but I had no idea any commands could even do this. Anyone know?

'cause when it rains, you know it pours.

Have a look in Universal Access (System Prefs) to see if you've accidentally enabled it
