What is this file?

In my documents file I have a file that is titled: library.xml
I don't know where this came from. Am i okay to delete?

This may have generated by Macromedia Flash. You can try to open it with any text editor and see what it contains.

It is safer to delete. Once deleted whatever the program created it will create a new file if necessary.
