OS 10.4 - Lock Mac With USB Pen Drive

How can I lock my Mac with a USB pen drive so that I have to have the pen drive to unlock it? Any software programs to do this with? Or any built-in features I have with it that I am unaware of? I have only had a Mac Pro for 1-2 months, so I am not totally aware of everything, but I did a search on google and on a few forums and found nothing about smart cards and pen drives and such, so I decided to ask here.
