mac mini multi user problem

sorry folks probably stupid question, new mac mini user, tryin to setup what programs my daughter is allowed. problem i am having is that with the game ISPY, when i log under her name, click on the ISPY game, it says it not able to start bcuz it is unable to save, bcuz she doesnot have access to the hard drive. where on the parental control can i give her access to solve this problem. thks
