black box focus... thingie?

whenever i am clicking around in OS X now it shows this black box...

screenshots..






also my apple menu magically has more options..

Figured it out. I pressed apple+f5 to "refresh a web page", it instead turned on voice over. Problem was, I didn't know it turned on voice over because I had sound off.

I guess Voice Over makes a black box thingie on what it's talking about. Don't press Apple+F5

It also was why my Apple menu got bigger. Weird huh?
