love that Apple have all this build in and easy to use with screen shot while Windows... comparing, it's a pain in the neck to take a screen shot

I posted a thread on this but I have had no replies: DVD Screenshots not working in Snow Leopard?

How do you take a screenshot while using the DVD Player in Snow Leopard? All that is coming up when I take one is a checkered picture!?

I used to be able to take screenshots in DVD Player when I had Leopard, but SL won't recognize the same command.

YaY!! I didn't think OS X had an ability to do a screenshot. Kind of sad coming from windows, but this is MUCH better!!

Screen Shot question.....

I use the CMD-Shift-4 screen shot all the time. However one thing thats a pain is that it automatically throws it on my desktop so I have to find it and then rename it and stuff.

Is there a way (or script) that when I do that it automatically has a 'save as' box pop up where I can name it and put it in the appropriate folder?
