OS 10.3 - File Sharing on 10.3.9

Hi,

I would like to share certain folders over my network, i have allowed windows file sharing but the problem is users on my network can access all my folder and delete files, all i want is to slect which folders i wish to share and not let them have access to delete files,

is this possible?!

I haven't been a Mac user long enough to know for sure from within the OS itself, but perhaps this will help:
