every few minutes my mac starts playing a little da-da-da sound.

I can't work out what it is or how to turn it off - it's driving me wild!! Anyone got any ideas?

all sorted - it was my new mobile which was behind one of the speakers - it needed charging. How stupid do I feel now?!
