I have Mac os 10.2. I am unable to drag any items on my desktop or anywhere within the os. I'm not sure how this happened one day I just was not able to drag items to my trash bin and or drag them into folders. I'm sure this is just a simple software setting but I'm not a mac guru yet!

thanks in advanced

Look at the Universal Access pref pane. Maybe? Log in as another user to see if the problem follows the user.
