OS 10.4 - wierd black box

hello there,

had my cousins over the other day and the buggered around on god only knows what site.
now i have a black outline that appears over buttons, such as the delete button in safari.
buggered if i know what it is, hopfully just a black box.
hopeing is aint' some virus.

any suggestions?

its the voiceover on mac.. does the computer talk everything? anyway, try the key combo command + F5 or if your on a laptop command + function + f5
