OS 10.4 - Slower Speed After Updates?

anyone noticing a slower speed when loading sites and webpages, after the last two updates(10.4.5 & latest security update)?
is this common when updating?

I didn't noticed that... Probably it depend on your machine. I have a Dual 2 GHz with 2.5 GB of memory.
