Hi, everyone, for some reason I am finding it differcult to map network drives so they auto remap on login, like you can on the PC.
Am I missing something simple? Mogwi MACPRO - Quad Core dual 3.GHZ Processor - 8GB RAM - 1TB HD Last edited by mogwi; 03-19-2006 at 06:06 AM. |

I prefer to not automount network drives in OS X. Instead, when I mount them I make an alias of the mount from /Volumes folder and put it in a folder I call ~/Network Mounts and then put that folder in the dock. Accessing the alias will mount the drive when needed and will keep boot times speedy.
