I was wondering if there is any way to auto install updates on a mac kind of like auto update feature on Windows. Maybee a script or any thing would greatly help me out.

No: For security reasons your system can only be modified after you've entered your password. (That's one reason Windows is so susceptible to viruses etc).

If you go to preferences>Software Update, you can get it to *check* for updates on a regular basis, and you can also set it to download important updates in the background (i assume without user interaction) and when they are downloaded it will prompt you for your password.

To be fair though, if you set it to auto-check for updates, it's not a major hassle to click a few buttons, its not as if you get updates everyday.
