Any chance it is set up as your home page on whatever operating system you are using?

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!

I dont remember using any apps that makes this came out...And yes, it does appear on all windows. Just somehow this message suddenly came out. I thought its like some accesstive control? cuz its like describing what action im doing on my mac now. If i just sent and email, it will say your message has been sent. If i open chrome, it will say u opened google chrome..
