help with hidden files

I hid a file a while ago using chflags hidden on my desktop. I now cannot remember the name of the file, and cannot use chflags nohidden then. How do I find the hidden file.

In Terminal, type the following to list everything on your Desktop:

ls -a ~/Desktop
