Mac Specs: 20 inch Imac duel core 2 gig ram

I can no longer drag and drop on my mac mini runing MT lion. Searched other forums and cant find a cure. Thought I'd try here.Seem quite a few people are having this promblem.

Drag and drop where? In what application? When did it stop? Can you think of anything that you did prior to it stopping?
