Hi all

Got a problem in that when i click on help in the finder, all i get is a blank window with no help subjects available at all.
Anyone no how to cure this??.

I had the same problem, it went away when I downloaded the next OS path available at that time
I don't think the patch had a fix to the problem, I believe the "installation" fixed the problem

Realistically you'll find more help in Alphabet Soup than in Mac Help.

I am up to date with the updates. I am running 10.4.4 and have just checked, there is no software updates available at the minute.

i just checked mine and i had the same problem.... i dont' know if this is a soloution, but i resized the window the put it back to the regular size and then topics apeared..

Actually, when I was missing iDVD 4 and 3 themes in iDVD 5 even after checking and installing previous themes specifically, iDVD help had an article on some computers with iLife '05 having that problem and told me how to get a specific hidden file from Mac OS X Install disc 2 and put it where it needed to be for me to have access to the themes.

I recently did a fresh instal of 10.4.4 and it fixed the "blank help screen" problem but after a week it was back to the same old same old...if I type a querie into the text box when the screen is blank I get the spinning beach ball for too long, it's easier to click on the home icon and start from there....
