I've actually been using my own iMac for a year, but the one we just purchased for a family member has some different settings. I know how to change most of them, but I very stupidly can't figure this one out:

I want all of the folders to display without having to click "Show All." What setting to I need to modify this?

You get an arrangement like that when you arrange by "kind". To fix, right-click in a blank area of that window; select "Arrange by", and use a different option, like "Name".

Please verify and include the exact model/year of your Mac and OS X version number (available from "About This Mac", then "More Info" on the Apple menu). Also advise us if you have any antivirus or "cleaning" software installed on your Mac. If you are using MacKeeper, you are hereby advised to uninstall it.

I knew it was going to be something ridiculously obvious. Thank you!
