Hello
I"m sorry if this is the wrong forum for this question, but since it has to
do with mac, I'll give it a try..
Well not mac but Firefox.
someone sent me in an email with attached pic in "giimp" format
but it says I need the gimp photo viewer plugin.
Actually its not in the email as an attachment but a link to an online site (imgKey). I"ve spent a couple of hrs
looking for this plugin.. its like being on a merry go round.
So can anyone help me with this... I have "gimp.app" installed
running 10.8.4....
any assistance would really be appreciated.
Best
Dave

I have a feeling if you could download those photos and just remove the *.gmp from them that they can be viewed as normal *.jpg. I frankly don't know why GIMP saves photos with that extension after editing them.
