You're going to have to be much more specific. What version of OS X are you using? What email client are you using? Have you tried anything thus far?

OS X Mavericks is in developer preview, so expect glitchy behavior. If you are not a developer, you shouldn't be running Mavericks..stick with Mountain Lion..

There is no downgrade path, you have to re-install whatever previous version of OS X you had on your machine..
