My husband is trying to complete a job application but we keep getting "popup blocking software has blocked this function...". How can I correct this so that he may continue? We know the site and know it is safe.

If you are using Safari check the security settings. In Safari Preferences click on the Security tab. If the "Block pop up" option is checked uncheck it.

I believe Firefox has a similar setting but have not used that browser in years.

Thank you for the help! The security setting in Safari was the problem. Thanks again.

Glad that worked out. I keep that on by default so I have been bitten by it a few times as well. It had been so long since I changed that setting I had to poke around a bit to find it.
