I presume you mean Gatekeeper. In which case, go to System Preferences and Security & Privacy. On the General tab, click on "Anywhere" for the option "Allow applications downloaded from:"

You can right click it and select the open option. This will give you the opportunity to run it without disabling GateKeeper.
