Jumpy Screen in Full screen mode

Mac Specs: iMAC 21.5 inch (Late 2009) OS X 10.8.2 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB 1067MHz RAM, Apple TV 3rd Gen

When I watch any film, youtube films or any thing in full screen mode, the screen jumps a little and it is annoying. Do i need to update software or am i doing something wrong!

Please help someone!
