Not always though. The fact that this is a Tiger system disc (which normally only come in DVD form) would suggest that it is for an education-only emac. (That still can be ordered without a DVD drive). So it might be specifically tailored for the edu market. (I'm assuming Appleworks & parts of iLife etc. are on there, so maybe they saved space by leaving out some other drivers that you might need.) |
