I opened up my AppStore and saw that there was an update. The available update was for the Twitter app which I do not have on my Mac. I try to update it anyway and the AppleID that loads in is an email that I have never seen. If I put my credentials in it tells me Unknown Error. I tried installing it instead of updating and got the same problem.
Does anyone know what this is about or how I can fix it?

As in another thread, search on google and put the WHOLE email address in the search bar and see what you come up with. I think you will be surprised……

Or is this a Mac you bought off someone ?? and they didn't do a clean install of the OS when they gave it to you ???
But try the google thing first
