I saved an invoice to my desktop.

It ends in rtfd.

I can't do anything with it. Can't move to trash, modify or even move it on the desktop. All I get is error msgs.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Thank you

Saved from where?
The error message would be???

Try booting into safe mode to delete it.
Reboot - press and hold the shift key as soon as you hear the chime - release when you see the Apple - it could take a couple of minutes to boot.
