Hi,
Hoping someone can help with this.I am trying to capture an image from a DVD and when I pause and try screen capture,I just get a grey image.I am also unable to save image to downloads.Is there a way around this? Thank you

What are you using to do the capture.

I'd recommend VLC

External hard disk acquisition addict - but admitting the problem is the first step to a robust backup

Thanks mrplow.I was trying with keyboard commands but I also have VLC.I have been looking at it and trying to see how to capture the image but to no avail.Would you mind giving me some guidance as to how to? Thank you again

Pause the video, go to video menu - snapshot
