iMovie to USB

Hi! I am reformatting vhs tape to DVD for friends. Have no problems. Is it possible to export an iMovie to USB please?

Not quite clear on exactly what you want to do. I understand the part about how you are *converting* a VHS tape to a digital version, but do you mean "USB thumb drive" as your target or DVD as you mentioned?

(in either case the answer is "yes" but specifics are different)

In iMovie's Share menu, choose Export Movie, and the choose your USB stick/thumb drive as the destination.
