I am trying to extract old OSX wallpapers from their installation disk but I cannot figure out where they are stored. More specifically, I am trying to do this for OSX 10.4 through 10.6.

I tried searching for a "Desktop Pictures" folder with no luck. Does anyone know where they are located on the CD?

In Finder, navigate to Go, then Goto Folder and type /Macintosh HD/Library/Desktop Pictures

Sorry - just re-read your post - this'll find them on your hard drive.

Pacifist might be able to find them and possibly extract them.
