That's the easiest way that I can think of. There are harder ways with scripting knowledge and so forth, but the free account is the easiest.

why not call them u dont have to say ur name....just say it and hang up... use *67 so they cant call back, or do it from a payphone, Easier and quicker.

Or set up an account in Mail, with a user name of say "Mr Someone" with an email address of "MSomeone@something.com".

Send using that account. Unless your parents are paricularly switched on I don't think they'll check the internet header......

Yeah that's pretty easy to figure out.. unless like you said they are not very internet savvy. I would go with the whole phone call thing myself
