Move Mail folders to Outlook

I have been using Mail for several years and have numerous personal folders in order to sort my mail. This has been working well, but now my job prefers for me to switch to Outlook. Even though our Outlook is ran on an Exchange Server my personal folders will not populate in Outlook 2011. Is there software which can help me or am I lost to sort though hundreds of emails and then creating personal folders in Outlook. Please help, Thanks.

Provided the Exchange server is 2007 or 2010 and you are using OS X 10.7 or higher you should be able to set the exchange account up in Mail. Once this is done you can drag and drop the old mail into folders in the exchange account. Once completed you can use Outlook for mail and the folders you moved in Mail should be in Outlook.
