my 10+yr old workhorse powermac now just makes a very loud whining noise, nothing on screen and it doesnt recognize any keyboard activity.
if im remembering right it is 10.4.11 OS.
i came across an old apple hardware test disk but cant get the disk drive open.
thanks in advance for you advice.
