Dear Friends,

Recently I've encountered a peculiar issue with my Apple Keyboard. At some point it just got crazy and I can't really say why it's acting like this.

I've made a 1 min youtube clip where you can see what I'm talking about :

Imac keyboard issue - YouTube

I really appreciate your help and will be grateful for any suggestions.

Have you spilled anything on the keyboard? Does a wired keyboard do the same thing?

Hello Raz0rEdge,

Well, not that I remember. As for a wired keyboard, it works fine. A logitech cordless keyboard also words with no issues.

So apart from a faulty Bluetooth transmitter in the keyboard, it looks like the keys are getting shorted causing all that funky behavior..

I'm not sure how easy these keyboards are to take apart, but if they were and you were willing, you could try to open it up and clean out the innards maybe?

Actually I talked with a service guy and he told me that these things are literally impossible to take apart because of the lack of screws of any kind.
