My Mini Mac OS 10.4.11 has a power PC Processor and should be compatible with Flash Player 10.1.102.64 but I have been unable to install it.
Advice please.

Can you provide any more details? What is it that is making this impossible? Are you getting an error message?

Sorry, I have INSTALLED Adobe Flash 10.1.102.64, which is an older version but should operate with the P C processor; However when I try to access BBC i Player a message appears saying Flash 10.2 is needed.
10.2 is not compatible with the P C processor.
Is there any alternative?

Seems there is a version of Flash 10 that spoofs itself as version 11

fixed : Flash 11 needed on PowerPC Mac (for BBC iPlayer, Facebook video, etc.) MacManus.nl
