Software update pulled down a newer version of Java and now some of my Java apps have issues.

How do I uninstall it and revert back to like 1.6.0_29 ?

I tried going to Library/java/vitualmachines but that folder is already empty. So what do I do now?

Good luck. Uninstalling Apple supplied JVMs is near impossible. Have you tried using Oracle's Java 7 JRE?
